Aldous Huxley was born on July 26, 1894, in Surrey England. Huxley studied at Eton College and Oxford University. In 1916, He published his first book, a collection of poems entitled The Burning Wheel.
Prior to writing Brave New World, Huxley wrote for established magazines such as Vogue and Vanity Fair. He became one of the most read authors in the world with his book, Brave New World.
Huxley moved to California in 1937. He passed away on November 22, 1963.
